Another grain storage install was recently completed, on this job we have installed a fully automated grain dying system along with remote stop/start stations on each out-loading auger.

Long term grain protection with this system is achieved by the Grainsafe7000 controller, with its own weather station to monitor weather conditions for optimal grain drying and long-term storage protection. The controller is a ‘set and forget’ system, it takes care of starting the generator & fans along with shutting the system down when conditions are not optimal for cooling/drying.

This controller has 6 different settings from short term cooling after harvest to long term drying to keep the insects at bay. Very easy to set up, the system comes with its own tablet with an app available for your smart phone.

Also included are stop/start stations on the out-load augers, these cabinets allow the operator to start and stop the generator and control the out-load & sweep augers.
